It's out as a prelude to our
Harmony for Autism Music Charity Concert!

The official launch & release of our first record label music album
- Officially slated for 2nd of April 2026.

“Our Drumming for autism acceptance and inclusion demands a solemn call on us all as parents, siblings, immediate and extended families, neighbors, friends, employers and society at large to never leave anyone behind based on any form of disability”.

“Ferdy’s Band,” established by the Ferdinand Effah Music Heritage Foundation (FEMHF) to promote autism awareness, has debut its first album, “A Voice for Autism.” The 2026 release features three songs in anthemic, jazz, and ambient styles, designed to foster understanding and acceptance for autism. These tracks will be further developed in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, in audio and high  definition quality musical videos for public entertainment view in major music television channels such as MTV; especially if support and sponsorship are readily available to the cause.

One of the track song “True Colors of Autism” is being considered by FEMHF for presentation and endorsement as one of the official United Nations’ World Autism Day song. The band plans a live performance at the inaugural Harmony for Autism Music Charity Concert on April 2nd, alongside other artists. The album’s official launch  date as announced from the Foundation’s desk is on the 2nd of April 2026.

Prior to the World Autism Day event on April 2, 2026, with the music record label’s release, the band will embark on a one-month musical tour across the six geo-political regions of Nigeria. This initiative aims to promote and engage with autism centers, public institutions, communities, and stakeholders, raising public awareness regarding the newly released music album and the planned Harmony for Autism Music Charity Concert event coming up on April.

Founded based on Ferdinand Effah’s experience with ASD, Ferdy’s Band uses music as an advocacy driver, therapy and a developmental path. While managed by the foundation’s principal music therapist, Ferdinand formally leads the band to encourage his growth and leadership skills as part of his therapeutic journey as an individual with autism.
